Become the Man You Trust Yourself to Be

Most men don't need more information. They need honest reflection, meaningful accountability, and a place where they no longer have to perform. Join a brotherhood where self-trust is built one week at a time.
what makes this different

More Than a Conversation. A Practice.

Most men's groups begin and end with conversation. Soul Guided Men is different.

Every week follows a structured process designed to create honesty, accountability, challenge, and real growth. Every man participates. Every man is seen. Every man leaves with commitments that move his life forward.

This is where integrity is practiced, truth is spoken, and lasting change begins.

Brotherhood isn't found.
It's built.

Not through one conversation.
Through showing up.
Week after week.
That's how strangers become brothers.
INSIDE THE CIRCLE

What actually happens each week?

We don't meet to escape life.
We meet to face it together.
This is where brotherhood becomes real.
01

Charge
Check-In

We address tension directly through honest conversation, building trust, integrity, and authentic connection.
02

Heart Check-In

Every man shares where he truly is emotionally.
03

Warrior Round

Every man reports on his commitments, confronts where he's avoiding the truth, and leaves with clear next steps.
04

Deep Seat

One man receives focused coaching as the group helps him uncover the beliefs, fears, and patterns shaping his life.
05

Commitments

Every man leaves with a commitment and returns the following week accountable to the men.
This structure is one of the things that makes these groups unique, and I think we should show that.

This isn’t a place to perform.
It’s a place to become.

HONEST REFLECTION. MEANINGFUL ACCOUNTABILITY. LASTING BROTHERHOOD.
WHO THIS IS FOR

This Group Is for Men Who Are Ready to Show Up.

You don't have to have everything figured out. You simply have to be willing to show up honestly, receive challenge, and do the work—week after week.

This group is for men who:
  • Want accountability instead of motivation.

  • Are ready to stop doing life alone.

  • Want to become stronger leaders, husbands, fathers and men.

  • Are willing to tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable.

  • Want lasting change instead of temporary inspiration.

ONLINE BROTHERHOOd

Brotherhood Without
Borders

You don't have to live nearby to experience genuine brotherhood. Men from around the world step into the same circle each week, building trust, challenging one another, and experiencing the kind of genuine brotherhood that transcends distance.

My vision is to build hundreds of online groups where no man has to do life alone simply because of where he lives.

Same Men. Every Week. 6 Men Maximum.

A small, consistent group where you can slow down, be honest, and actually be known.

Men from different cities, states, and countries gather each week as one circle. Together they tell the truth, challenge one another, celebrate growth, and build the kind of brotherhood that comes from showing up consistently.

Brotherhood isn't limited by geography.
FOUNDER

Why Soul Guided Men Exists

I created these groups because I kept seeing too many men carrying everything alone—trying to figure life out by themselves.

I realized that men don't need more content. They need places where they can practice honesty, receive challenge, and become the men they know they're capable of being. That's why I created Soul Guided Men.

"My work with Paul and in the subsequent men's group has helped me re-establish a connection with my body, reground my sense of masculinity, and redefine my relationship with the feminine."

"Through a lot of talking, crying, laughing, reflection and true heartfelt moments of tenderness and connection, we were able to break through some of my deepest guarded parts. I was able to discover parts of myself that I hadn't been in touch with for a very long time. Parts of myself that enabled me to show up in my truest form of self. To show up as the man my partner needed. To show up as the leader my employees needed. To show up as the steward that my body needed.

I can say from the deepest parts of my heart that Paul is a true mentor and guide, he's also just a great man and friend. He's connected me with an amazing group of inspired, loving men who are also going through a journey of self-discovery and rekindling the flame of their greatness. Working with these guys has helped me to become more vulnerable, more human, and more myself, because as I've found, that's what doing shadow work with others holding you accountable looks like.

I truly hope you get the joy and the opportunity to work with Paul Widman. He is a one-of-a-kind soul, and if you're inspired to do this work, I think you are too.

Thank you for caring for yourself, and in turn, all others."

"What was going on in your life when you first joined the group?

In early 2026, I had hit a wall. I was struggling in my career and feeling disconnected from my wife and kids. I was self-aware enough to know I was unhappy, but I was too stubborn and stuck in my own patterns to make meaningful changes. I knew I wanted things to be different, and I even thought I understood what the problems were, but I was in denial about the role my own thoughts, habits, and reactions were playing. Looking back, what I really needed was a fresh perspective from someone who could see what I couldn’t."

"At the time, I had been meeting with therapists online every week, bouncing from one to another without much success. Most of the time they told me things I already knew, and because nothing felt new or challenging, I rarely put their suggestions into practice. It felt like I was spending time and money without making any real progress.

My wife heard about Paul and his men’s group and encouraged me to reach out. From the moment she described it, I knew this felt different. For the first time in a while, I actually felt hopeful that something might work. I also liked that it was in person instead of another video call.

Even then, I waited about a week and a half before contacting Paul. I was nervous, hesitant, and honestly afraid of the unknown. When I finally reached out, he responded almost immediately and suggested we meet the next day in a simple public setting. There was a calm urgency about him—he genuinely wanted to help, but there was never any pressure. Everything happened at a pace that felt comfortable to me.

We met at a park and walked while I shared what was going on in my life. Right away, I felt that Paul was invested in me as a person. He wasn’t trying to sell me something or give me quick answers. He genuinely cared about my success and wanted to help me become the man I wanted to be. By the end of that conversation, I had no hesitation about joining the group.

What made you decide to stay?

I stayed because I found something I didn’t realize had been missing for most of my adult life.

Most of my friendships had always been based on shared circumstances—school, work, or another activity. As soon as that circumstance disappeared, so did the friendship. What made this group different was that our relationships weren’t built around convenience or common interests. They were built around a shared commitment to becoming better men and helping each other grow.

From the beginning, I felt surrounded by men who genuinely wanted me to succeed while also expecting me to become better. They celebrated my wins, challenged me when I was falling short, and stayed invested even when I struggled. That kind of brotherhood was completely new to me.

The friendships I’ve built with Paul and the other men in this group are unlike any relationships I’ve had before because they’re rooted in honesty, accountability, and a genuine investment in each other’s lives.

What has changed in you since becoming part of this brotherhood?

This group has changed the way I think about what it means to be a man.

I’ve become much more self-aware and have learned to recognize my own patterns instead of letting old habits automatically dictate my actions. Instead of simply reacting to situations, I’ve learned to understand what I actually need, why I’m feeling the way I do, and how to respond intentionally.

That growth has transformed the way I show up in my own “kingdom”—my family. I have a much deeper connection with my wife and my children than I did before. I’m more present, more intentional, and more capable of leading with love instead of frustration or withdrawal.

How have your relationships, leadership, confidence, or self-trust been impacted?

The biggest change has been in my relationships, especially with my family.

Simply committing to this group and doing the work began rebuilding trust in my marriage. My wife saw that I wasn’t just talking about wanting to change—I was actively pursuing it. That commitment to becoming a better husband, father, and man was a tangible act of good faith, and my family responded to it.

Beyond that, the practical skills, conversations, and examples I’ve seen from Paul and the other men have fundamentally changed how I communicate, how I lead, and how I respond under pressure. I’ve gained confidence because I’m no longer relying on good intentions alone. I have tools that actually work, and I trust myself more because I’ve consistently put them into practice.

What would you say to a man who’s considering joining but is hesitant?

I’d tell him I understand exactly how he feels because I was there too.

I spent over a week convincing myself not to reach out. I was uncomfortable, uncertain, and afraid of stepping into something I knew nothing about. Looking back, I wish I had made the call sooner.

The truth is, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you join. In fact, that’s exactly why you should come. If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably spent years trying to figure things out on your own. Maybe you’ve read the books, listened to podcasts, or even gone to therapy, but something still feels missing.

For me, what was missing wasn’t more information. It was brotherhood.

This group gives you men who will challenge you, encourage you, hold you accountable, and genuinely care about your success. It’s not about pretending to have your life together or proving that you’re strong enough to do everything on your own. It’s about becoming the man your family, your friends, and you need you to be.

Joining this group has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made—not just for me, but for my wife, my children, and every relationship in my life. If you’re willing to be honest, humble, and do the work, I believe you’ll get far more out of it than you can imagine."

Brotherhood, leadership & relationships
"When I first joined the group, I was at a point in my life where I looked like I had things together from the outside, but inside I knew something was missing. I was carrying stress, reacting more than responding, and I wasn’t showing up as the husband, father, and man I truly wanted to be. I wanted more purpose, more peace, and more discipline, but I wasn’t sure how to build that consistently."

"What made me stay was realizing this wasn’t about pretending to have it all figured out. It was a group of men who were willing to be honest, hold each other accountable, and genuinely want the best for one another. There was no judgment just encouragement, challenge, and brotherhood that feels like a family. That combination gave me the confidence to keep showing up.

Since becoming part of this brotherhood, I’ve become much more intentional in every area of my life. I’ve learned to slow down before reacting, to be more present with my wife and kids, and to focus on becoming the kind of man my family can depend on. My confidence no longer comes from trying to prove myself it comes from knowing I’m living more in alignment with my purpose . I trust myself more because I continue to do the work, even on the days I don’t feel like it.

This journey has changed the way I lead at home, at work, and in my relationships. I’m more patient, more disciplined, and more aware of the example I’m setting. It hasn’t made life perfect, but it has given me the tools and support to keep growing through whatever life throws at me.

To any man who’s thinking about joining but is hesitant, I’d say this: I understand. It takes courage to admit you want more out of life. But the strongest thing you can do isn’t trying to carry everything alone it’s being willing to take that first step. If you’re looking to become a better husband, father, leader, or simply a better version of yourself, this brotherhood is worth it. Showing up for yourself might end up being one of the best decisions you ever make."
